Project:   North Creek High School

Location: Bothell, WA

Size:       $3,300,000

Foreman: Matt Davis

Northshore High School will be the largest project we have done to date. Our installers will be putting on 370 squares of Imetco Latitude wall panels, 370 squares of Imetco Permawall 1.0 wall panels and 170 squares of Imetco Flatlock panels on the exteriors walls, interior wall and soffit.  We will also be installing the exterior louvers and almost all miscellaneous flashings throughout the project.

Project:   Issaquah Middle School

Location: Issaquah, WA

Size:       $2,500,000

Foreman: Kevin Moltz

Issaquah has an air barrier system with Vaproshield.  The wall sub-assembly combines Roxul insulation with a Cascadia Clip furring system.  For cladding, we will be installing 34 squares of Hardie Panel, 230 squares of Hardie 2.0 system, 108 squares of AEP Span's PS12 panels and 140 squares of AEP Span's Nu Wave panels.

Project:   Islander Middle School

Location: Mercer Island, WA

Size:       $2,000,000

Foreman: Kevin Moltz

There are several different panels being installed on this school.  There are 131 squares of AEP Span's PS soffit panels in 3 different colors, 93 squares of PS12 wall panels, 148 squares of Northclad panels and 8 squares of Trespa.  We are also going to install 292 squares of AEP Span's Span Lock panels.

Project:   Enatai Elementary School

Location: Bellevue, WA

Size:       $1,800,000

Foreman: Matt Davis

This will be a unique project because other subcontractors will be installing the WRB and Insulation system. The cladding we will be installing consists of 3 different Imetco metal wall panels.  There are 212 squares of Legacy panels, 50 squares of Latitude panels and 1.5 squares of FW panels.

Year:       2016

Project:   Sammamish High School

Location: Bellevue, WA

Size:       $1,200,000

Foreman: Matt Davis

On of our first larger projects was phase 1 of this school approximately 10 years ago. This addition is much larger than the first. On this project we are installing 80 squares of Centria's IW10A flush panels on the soffit, 50 squares of IW10A flush panels on the walls, 215 squares of Centria's CS260 concealed fastener panel and 107 squares of MR3-36 exposed fastener panels. We are also installing some corrugated panels on some small canopies.

Project:   Olympic Hills

Location: Seattle, WA

Size:       $1,300,000

Foreman: Kevin Moltz

Our roofers/waterproofers are installing the air barrier system on this project which consists of 600 squares of VaproShield, target flashings at all penetrations and Liquiflash at all opening.  Our carpenters will be installing 160 squares of Hardie Reveal 2.0 and the furring grid system.  Our sheet metal installers will be installing shop fabricated metal flashings, scuppers and downspouts.

Project:   Woodinville High School

Location: Woodinville, WA

Size:       $350,000

Foreman: Kevin Moltz

This is a two phase project.  We are installing 55 squares of Hardie Panel, 8 squares of NuWave panels and our gutter system on a small existing building.  We will then be installing another 80 squares of Nu Wave panels on the side of another existing building.
